Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Toys must be in working condition with all parts included.

• Sarees must have original tags intact.

• Return requests for damaged or incorrect products must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• An unboxing video must be provided to our support team in case you receive a damaged item and wish to request a return or replacement.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
